Sherman Kenneth "Sonny" Gandee (February 27, 1929) was a professional American football linebacker and defensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL). After playing college football for Ohio State, Gandee was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the 9th round (106th overall) of the 1952 NFL Draft. He played for five seasons for the Dallas Texans (1952) and the Detroit Lions (1952–1956).[1][2]
